Grow your Business webinar series launched

Business can be complicated at times. So many considerations, so many factors, so many approaches.

At CILT Skillnet, we want to help businesses to grow and develop. Business skills are one vital ingredient in business success.

We’re delighted to launch our new FREE Grow your Business webinar series.

These webinars will support Irish businesses to enhance and develop some of the key skills required for business sustainability and growth.

The webinars have a strong focus on practical, immediate steps that can be taken for maximum effect and will connect theory with practice. Participants will be introduced to strategies & approaches in three key areas that can drive growth and ensure that a business and its workforce are maximising their potential.

The dates and subjects of the webinars are:

25 February  –    Planning and Decision Making
4 March         –    Change Management and Organisational Culture
11 March       –    Resilience in Teams and Continuous Improvement

Each webinar is 90 minutes long and includes a Q&A session.

The first webinar starts at 2pm on Thursday 25th February.
