This one-day course is to provide delegates with the skills and prior knowledge needed to complete the CQI IRCA Internal QMS Auditor training course and CQI IRCA QMS Lead Auditor/Auditor training course. It is also useful for an introduction for anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of an ISO 9001:2015 management system.

The aim of the Quality Management Systems Foundation training course is to provide people with an understanding of the importance of ISO 9001 as a tool for business improvement and will emphasise the benefits and flexibility of this standard for all types of organisations.
