Programme overview
This programme has been designed for experienced managers and supervisors to provide them with the skills and confidence they need to coach and mentor their team and enhance potential within their teams.
The ability to create high performing individuals and teams aligned to the business’s strategic priorities is critical for any manager within a business setting. It determines success for them and the respective enterprises’ success or failure.
All leaders within the business must be able to manage and develop the performance of those around him. The programme explores how to calibrate the team, set performance objectives, provide feedback and coach through performance improvement techniques.
Giving feedback, coaching and mentoring, while the business operates each day is the differentiator between those who are good or bad at developing those around them.
Participants will be provided with a toolkit of concepts, as well as a pre and post workshop activities, recommended to complete as part of the programme.
The subsidised cost of this programme is €105 from €137.

Course Timetable
The programme will be delivered in The Maldron Hotel, Portlaoise, R32 HKN3. The course will take place over 8 hours on April 12th.
Tea, coffee & biscuits will be provided at the morning break. Carvery lunch will also be provided.
Programme Requirements
An interest in developing knowledge and skills in the area of coaching and mentoring.
Certification
A Certificate of Completion from CILT Mobility & Supply Chain Skillnet will be awarded to all participants.
