As careers progress and the world of employment evolves, individuals face new challenges, which they need to prepare for. What worked previously may not work now.
Those attending can expect to take away key concepts and solutions that they can use immediately, as they consciously manage their careers.
The programme addresses a number of essential elements, which include self-awareness, communication, planning & prioritisation, as well as developing a greater appreciation of the meaning work, life and planning their preferred future.
Participants will be provided with a toolkit of concepts, as well as a pre and post workshop activities, recommended to complete as part of the programme.
The subsidised cost of this programme is €115 from €150.
